Hey! I’m Stanicka (stan-EEK-uh) 

I'm an illustrator, designer, and "professional" line enthusiast. It was back in my architecture school days that I was first introduced to Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop techniques and I decided to follow these interests further after graduation. I started photo-sketching more consistently around 2021, and my art style quickly grew to what it is today. 

 

I’m inspired by the works of Ilias Walchshofer (aka Dr. Propolus), Andrea Robescu, Roy Lichtenstein, Adam Hale, and Jose Romussi, and would describe my developed style as light grunge with a touch of pop art.

 

For me, the entire process is fascinating, from choosing the image, studying its geometry, and finding the right balance between vector and raster with playful lines and textures. Below are a few of my earliest pieces.
